Behind the Scenes: ISU Dining’s Executive Chef

Scott Bruhn is a 1994 ISU graduate in hotel and restaurant management. After culinary school on the East Coast, he spent time catering for hotels and refining his skills in fine dining at a French-style restaurant in Chicago.

Eager to come back to Iowa, Scott returned to Iowa State in January 2014, joining ISU Dining’s administration as executive chef.
