The ISU tennis team notched another victory after beating the University of Missouri Kansas City 4-0, putting its overall record at 6-8 for the season.

Emma Waite’s No. 5 match and Caroline Andersen’s No. 6 match were both unfinished and doubles were not played.

Simona Cacciuttolo, Ksenia Pronina and Meghan Cassens all won their matches in two sets. Ana Gasparovich sealed the victory with her three-set win against Maddie Schulte.

The Cyclones are currently 0-2 in conference play, but hope to keep the momentum from the win rolling when they travel to Austin, Texas, this Thursday to take on the Longhorns. The team will stay in Texas until Sunday when it competes against at Texas Tech.
