The ISU tennis team ended its weekend with a loss to No. 27 TCU. The 6-0 loss puts the Cyclones at 0-2 to start conference play and gives them a 5-8 overall record.

Iowa State dropped all six singles matches, three of which went into the third set. Doubles were not played due to time constraints.

Meghan Cassens, Emma Waites and Caroline Andersen all split their first two sets before falling in the third. Simona Cacciuttolo, Ksenia Pronina and Ana Gasparovich lost in two sets.

The Cyclones will travel to Kansas City on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, to take on University of Kansas City Missouri before resuming Big 12 play against Texas.
