The Cyclones outshot the Panthers (1-5-1) by a 6-5 margin in the first half on Sunday, although Milwaukee kept the advantage in corner kicks 3-1.

The score remained 1-0 until the 79th minute when ISU sophomore Kaeli Flaska buried her third goal of the season.

Milwaukee got on the scoreboard with a late goal by Kelly Lewers with just four seconds left in the game, resulting in the 2-1 final.

The Cyclones ended up outshooting the Panthers 18-9 on the day, in addition to a 7-4 corner kick advantage.

ISU junior goalkeeper Maddie Jobe made four saves Sunday and kept the Panthers off the scoreboard before leaving the game under her own power late in the second half after receiving a blow to the head.

The Cyclones move on to play Texas on Friday in Ames; the game will kick off the Big 12 schedule for Iowa State.
