Designer Rachel Zoe showed her new collection for Spring-Summer 2013 at Lincoln Center on Wednesday during New York Fashion Week. According to critics, Rachel Zoe’s collection has once again stunned the audience with its elegant beauty and unique styles. Zoe’s pieces came across very straightforward and reached women with different tastes. She started the show off with a fresh and crisp feeling with her black-and-white color blocked dresses and continued to add more and more zest to the show as it progressed. Strutting down the runway, the models came out in dresses and blouses with a whole lot of shimmer and shine including a metallic gold and silver dress accessorized with a turquoise-colored statement bag, a look that could be worn on so many different occasions, whether you are roaming the streets of LA for the day or heading out for a night on the town. Zoe also really set the stage for next spring and summer with her combinations of bright color suits, nude neutrals, and patterned pieces. The LA Times described her collection as “effortless” and “not just for boho girls anymore.” Zoe took a risk by branching out to a new kind of style for women, because besides, who wouldn’t love to emerge from those cold winter months wearing something from this collection?
