Senior shooting guard Kelsey Bolte may have played in her last game as a Cyclone, but she has one more competition remaining.

Bolte has been selected to compete in ESPN’s Annual College Basketball Slam Dunk and Three-Point Contests.

This competition, which has a mens’ and womens’ side, will be held March 31st in Houston, Tex. in the Hofheinz Pavillion at 8 p.m.

Bolte joins a lengthy list of Cyclones to be chosen for this contest. She is the seventh player from Iowa State to be selected in the past 11 years.

Former Cyclones Lyndsey Medders (2007), Anne O’ Neil (2005), Lindsey Wilson (2003), Tracy Gahan (2002) and Stacy Frese (200) have also competed.

During her career as a Cyclone, Bolte netted 276 career three-pointers, good for third on the all-time list. She drained five or more three-pointers 15 times.

Bolte was also voted to the All-Big 12 first team in her senior season.
