Right now, I’d say I’m fairly healthy, but there’s some weight I’d like to lose in order to look healthier.

My goal is to lose 10-15 pounds, also to be able to run a 5K.

My roadblocks are definitely snacking at night and not actually being motivated to go work out on my own.

I’m going to use this blog to motivate myself to work out. I’m going to create a workout schedule to follow and add it into my normal schedule so I know I’ve got time. I’m also going to throw away my junk food and buy healthier food to eat.
