As spring football heats up, the Cyclones added another commitment to their class of 2020.

Offensive tackle Hayden Pauls — listed as a three-star prospect by 247Sports.com — announced his commitment to Iowa State on Twitter on Saturday.

Pauls — an Emporia, Kansas, native — is listed at 6-foot-4, 263-pounds. Pauls held Power 5 offers from Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Iowa State, Purdue, Oklahoma State, Kansas and Kansas State, according to 247Sports.com.

It’s still early in the class of 2020 recruiting cycle, but Iowa State’s tallied five commitments with the addition of Pauls.

Pauls joins quarterback Aidan Bouman, safety Craig McDonald, linebacker Cole Pedersen and offensive tackle Tyler Miller
