Iowa State’s recruiting class for 2020 added another commitment on Wednesday.

The Cyclones bolstered their linebacker corps for the future with a verbal commitment from Hunter Zenzen. Zenzen announced his decision on Twitter.

Zenzen sports a large frame as he is listed at 6-foot-3, 215 pounds. The Barnesville, Minnesota, native carries a solid ranking, too. Zenzen ranks as a three-star prospect by 247Sports.com’s composite rankings, and he’s checks in at No. 109 for outside linebackers and No. 8 in the state of Minnesota by the website.

The linebacker reportedly holds offers from North Dakota, North Dakota State, South Dakota and Iowa State, according to 247Sports.com.

Zenzen joins Hayden Pauls, Aidan Bouman, Craig McDonald, Cole Pedersen and Tyler Miller as verbal commitments for Iowa State’s class of 2020.
