ISU to play Duke next season

AMES — The Iowa State men’s basketball team will play perennial powerhouse Duke in Chicago next season.

The Cyclones will face the Blue Devils in the United Center on Jan. 6, 2010. The game will be televised nationally on ESPN.

Iowa State, which has added Chicago prep star Chris Colvin to its roster, will play in Chicago three times next season.

The Cyclones will also face Saint Louis and either Northwestern or Notre Dame during the Thanksgiving weekend.

Ticket information has yet to be announced

Iowa State finished 15-17 last season. Duke went 30-7 and was knocked out of the NCAA tournament by Villanova.
