I am writing this letter to thank the ISU College Republicans for all of their hard work this election season. Thanks goes to President Louis Kishkunas, the two Nicoles and everyone else in the group. All of you make a great executive board. And how can I forget all of the volunteer extraordinaires who worked on the campaign. You all add life to the group.

Also, to all of the members who spent many hours handing out stickers with me in blustery conditions, your hard work has paid off.

It was an uphill battle sometimes, especially when members of the “other” party decided they had a monopoly on the free speech area. Not once did most of you lose your tempers. Sure you could have, but you didn’t, and congrats for that.

We all stayed the course and ended up with something big to celebrate.
