I would like to extend a sincere thank you to those involved bringing about the disciplinary action to the students involved in the Veishea riots. Pete Englin and Gregory Geoffroy should keep up the good work!

I believe harsh penalty will be the best way to deal with conduct that students demonstrated on the early morning of April 18. If we as a community hold steadfast to our beliefs and follow through with the necessary action, students will learn that rioting at events such as Veishea will get them no where. Instead, they’ll be locked out of a valuable ISU education.
