The Iowa State softball team finished their last day of play in the Big 12 tournament against Oklahoma.

The Cyclones suffered their third and final loss against Oklahoma, losing 22-2 in five innings.

Their final game was at 12:00 p.m. at the Cyclone Sports Complex.

Oklahoma got off to a good start with a home run to center field from Kinzie Hansen in the top of the first inning.

The Cyclones also got off to a good start with a score by Alesia Ranches, second base, in the bottom of the second inning and Milaysia Ochoa, right field, scoring at the bottom of the third inning.

That would be the last time the Cyclones would be able to score.

For Oklahoma, Tiare Jennings homered to right field, sending three of her teammates home, Taylon Snow, Lynnsie Elam and Jayda Coleman.

Yet again for Oklahoma, another home run was hit by Donihoo to left-center, sending her teammates Jayda Coleman and Grace Green home.

The Cyclones went scoreless throughout the last four innings against Oklahoma.

The Cyclones are back in action on March 30 against Drake at 5 p.m.
