Iowa State gave freshman quarterback Brock Purdy a chance against Oklahoma State, and Purdy took advantage of his opportunity.
Purdy completed his first seven passes and 63 rushing yards on his first three drives. He threw a touchdown to Hakeem Butler and ran for another.
