Monte Morris cuts down the net following Iowa State's 80-74 win over West Virginia in the Big 12 Tournament Championship game. The Cyclones won their third Big 12 title in four years.
Former Cyclone point guard Monte Morris threw together a career-high seven assists for the Denver Nuggets in a 126-112 win over Sacramento on Tuesday.
Morris played 29 minutes off the bench.
He also scored a career-high 11 points on 4-of-12 shooting. Morris was one of eight Nuggets to score in double-figures against the Kings. His seven assists were the most on the Nuggets and tied the game-high.
Denver’s next game will be Thursday night against the Los Angeles Lakers.
