Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Prep Time: five minutes

Servings: two 

Ingredients:

One cup frozen strawberries

One medium banana, sliced

3/4 cup vanilla yogurt

1 1/2 cup skim milk

Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses. Enjoy!

Pineapple Peach Smoothie

Prep Time: five minutes

Servings: two 

Ingredients:

One cup frozen pineapple chunks

One cup frozen peach slices

3/4 cup vanilla yogurt

1 1/2 cup skim milk

One tsp honey

Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses. Enjoy!

Blueberry Smoothie

One cup frozen blueberries

3/4 cup vanilla yogurt

One cup skim milk

One tsp honey

Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses. Enjoy!

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

One medium banana, sliced

Two tsp peanut butter

Five to six ice cubes

One cup skim milk

Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses. Enjoy!
