Iowa State likely filled out its roster for the 2018-19 men’s basketball season Monday night when Colorado State transfer Prentiss Nixon announced his commitment to the Cyclones.

The news was first reported by Alex Halsted of 247Sports.

Nixon, who will have to sit one year before playing one year to finish his college career, led Colorado State in scoring with 16.1 points per game in 2017-18. Nixon also led the team with 66 made 3-pointers and 40 steals.

Through his three-year career as a Ram, Nixon scored 1,058 points and dished out 162 assists.

With the possibility of freshman guard Lindell Wigginton returning for his sophomore campaign, Iowa State will have a full 13-man roster in 2018-19, with all but Nixon being eligible to play.

Nixon reportedly visited Iowa State this weekend and committed on Monday night.
