Home Run

These three games proved a lot about the 2018 Iowa State softball team. Both teams they faced have been playing well this season.

University of Texas Arlington is 10-12 overall. They’ve had big wins against Syracuse and North Texas.

North Texas has also played well this season and are 10-13 overall. They have notable wins against UT Arlington and now Iowa State.

The Cyclones are now 15-13 overall.

Iowa State will head to Fayetteville, Arkansas. They will face off against Omaha, Saint Francis, and coach Jamie Pinkerton’s former teams, Tulsa and Arkansas. Pinkerton graduated from Tulsa and was its head coach for four seasons.
