Kevin Dresser bolstered Iowa State’s future roster on Saturday night.

West Des Moines native and Valley High School senior Grant Stotts declared on Twitter that he is committing to Iowa State’s wrestling program.

According to FloWrestling, Stotts is the No. 14 ranked 145-pounder at the high school level. The middleweight has racked up multiple state championship appearances to garner that high of a ranking.

As a freshman at Valley, Stotts snagged a state runner-up, following that performance with a state championship his sophomore season. Last season, Stotts picked up another state runner-up.

Stotts will join his brother, Austin Stotts, after he transferred to Iowa State from Simpson College.
