The Grammys

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift was eye catching on the red carpet in a two-piece gown by Atelier Versace. The crop top was a lively orange, paired with a fuschia satin skirt that had a high slit. Swift won best pop vocal album for “1989” and best music video for “Bad Blood”.

Meghan Trainor

Meghan’s Michael Costello black dress sparkled on the red carpet, along with her newly dyed auburn hair. She won the Grammy for best new artist this year.

Adele

While Adele missed the cut to be nominated for awards at the Grammys this year, she did not fail to wear one of the most stunning dresses on the red carpet. Her Givenchy dress was black with embroidery, crystals and pearls.

The Oscars

Brie Larson

Larson was the big winner on Sunday night at the Academy Awards. Not only was she wearing one of the most striking gowns on the red carpet, a custom Gucci in royal blue complete with a dazzling belt, she also won the award for best actress. Larson was nominated for her role in the film “Room”.

Cate Blanchett

Blanchett did not win the Oscar for her lead role in “Carol”, but nobody could ignore the Armani gown she strolled in. The dress was a soft sea foam color, adorned with flowers and feathers that made her look angelic. Blanchett definitely won the fictional award for most elegant gown.

Rachel McAdams

McAdams’ gorgeous gown for the Oscars was also one of the newest designs by Atelier Versace. It was a dark teal halter-neck with an open back and a long train. The dress was simple, yet stunning. Rachel was nominated for best actress for her role in the award winning film “Spotlight”.
