Are you looking to uphold that New Year’s resolution of shedding the pounds of mashed potatoes you ate over the holiday season? Power Full Nutrition may be your next stop.

After having such great success with their first team weight-loss challenge, Power Full Nutrition is holding their second eight-week weight-loss challenge, which started Jan. 13, however, the challenge is open to join until Jan. 27.

“Power Full Nutrition is a nutrition club that serves nutritious shakes for a healthy breakfast, lunch or post workout,” said Collin Fett, Power Full Nutrition owner. “We also provide one-on-one wellness coaching to help customers reach their health goals.”

Fett aims to have up to 20 teams competing in the upcoming challenge and he would like to see more college students getting involved.

The Top Loser from the first challenge lost 35 pounds during the eight-week program and all 14 teams combined total weight loss calculated to a whopping 264 pounds.

“We have put together health recipes and snack ideas to help the competitors plan their meals,” Fett said. “That was one thing a lot of people asked for from the first challenge.”

During the eight weeks, the Power Full Nutrition crew provides each team with measurements, meal plans and guidance along the way.

“We start off by taking measurements of both body fat and weight,” Fett said. “We find how much protein each person needs and then structure a personal meal plan from those results.”

Their staff also provides many key health tips to improve their digestive health and keep them on track with their ultimate goal.

Fett admits there were teams that fell off track, but that didn’t take away from the teams that stayed committed to the challenge.

“You’re going to have teams fall off track when you have 50 people competing,” Fett said. “Our goal for the upcoming challenge is to keep everyone on track. After taking those teams out, the average person lost up to 10 pounds.”
