Junior Ksenia Pronina returns a backhand from her Texas Tech opponent in her fourth game of her second set at the Cyclones women’s tennis meet on March 30.

Throughout the past four years, seniors Caroline Hauge Andersen and Ksenia Pronina have improved in regular-season tennis matches.

Here are their stats:

Caroline Hauge Andersen:

2011-2012: Did not play because of injury.

2012-2013: 2-7 in singles and 6-13 in doubles

2013-2014: 2-1 in singles and 8-12 in doubles

2014-2015: TBD

Ksenia Pronina:

2011-2012: 9-13 in singles as No. 2 and 4-18 in doubles. Some big victories in singles were against Stephen F. Austin’s Alina Shazhko and Kansas’ Paulina Los.

2012-2013: 8-13 in singles as No. 1 or 2 throughout the season and 6-12 in doubles. A big win was against Baylor’s Megan Horter in singles. 

2013-2014: 9-13 in singles as No. 1 and 12-9 in doubles. She had multiple victories against Kansas’ Dylan Windom.
