ISU men’s basketball defeated Alabama in the semifinal round of the CBE Hall of Fame Classic on Nov. 24 in Kansas City, Mo. Junior forward Georges Niang had 28 points for the Cyclones, senior forward Dustin Hogue had 17 points for the Cyclones and junior guard Naz Long had 15 points. Iowa State will take on Maryland in the final round of the classic Nov. 25 at 8:30 p.m.
