Paleo Almond Fudge Brownie Recipe

Looking for the ultimate healthy dessert? These brownies will satisfy your chocolate craving without the worry of some bad calories! Although some of the ingredients may be a bit of a hard find, it will be worth it! Give a Paleo dessert a try. You may be surprised at how good it tastes without all those unhealthy ingredients you’re used to!

Paleo Almond Fudge Brownies

What you will need:

1 cup coconut oil


5 oz bittersweet baking chocolate


1 cup pure maple syrup


1⁄4 cup cocoa powder, sifted


4 eggs


1 tsp salt


1 tsp baking soda


2 tsp vanilla extract


12 oz almond butter, raw, crunchy and unsalted

1⁄4 cup coconut flour

Instructions:

1. Combine coconut oil, baking chocolate, and maple syrup on low heat in a small saucepan until the chocolate is melted. Remove from heat.

2. Sift in cocoa powder, stir to evenly combine, then allow cool completely and set aside.

3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

4. Blend eggs, salt, baking soda and vanilla in a medium-sized mixing 
bowl.

5. Once smoothly blended, add almond butter and continue to 
blend.

6. Slowly add the melted chocolate, continuing to blend.

7. Add coconut flour and blend until mixture is evenly combined.

8. Pour batter into a lightly greased 9 x 13 glass baking dish.

9. Bake brownies at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
