Top Value Picks For Each Position
Quarterback: Nick Foles: One of the greatest seasons last year under first year coach Chip Kelly, many people believe it was a fluke so he will fall in the 3rd to 4th rounds in a lot of drafts.
Running Back: Arian Foster: Houston Texans are coming off a disappointing 2-14 season and their starting QB is Ryan Fitzpatrick. The Texans are going to need to run the ball a lot and efficiently to win. Foster usually would go in the top tier of the first round, but in many drafts he will fall. If you’re sitting in the middle to the late part of the first round, regardless how the draft is progressing, take him.
Tight End: Julius Thomas is very close to the Top 20 overall, but just misses it. Peyton Manning and the Broncos throw the ball so much that he will score a lot. Thomas should go early so for a top value pick… look at Zach Ertz, TE for the Philadelphia Eagles. Eagles lost their top WR DeSean Jackson to the Redskins so Kelly’s offense will need someone to transfer his catches to and I think that’s going to be Ertz.
Wide Receiver: Kelvin Benjamin, rookie WR for the Carolina Panthers. Not many people are going to draft this guy, and if he is still there in the late rounds, take him. Cam Newton and the panthers love to throw the ball and with the departure of Steve Smith to the Ravens, Benjamin has been emerging himself as one of the top WR’s on the team.
