Ever find yourself indulging at social events and feeling guilty afterwards? The guilt stops here. Go ahead, indulge. It’s on us.

Dip anyone?

Instead of buying dip from a local grocery store, why not make your own? The following recipe calls for plain greek yogurt, which happens to be packed with protein, low in calories and offers fewer than 10 carbs per serving. Greek yogurt is stripped from some sugars and lactose due to being strained several times, leaving a thicker consistency that is perfect to create many different dips.

Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups plain greek yogurt

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chives

  • 3/4 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with fresh veggies or baked chips of your choice.

Two Ingredient Nutella Brownies

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup Nutella, about the amount of a 13-ounce jar

  • Optional: 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Crack all four eggs into a mixing bowl. Whisk the eggs together with a hand mixer. Begin on low speed and gradually increase to high. Whisk until eggs are light and billowy, about eight minutes. The more billowy the eggs, the better the texture will be in the brownies. Measure the Nutella and transfer to a microwave safe bowl. Heat for one minute, stopping every 15 seconds to stir. When warmed, the Nutella should be loose and creamy. With the mixer on a low speed, add a small amount of Nutella into the eggs, mixing in between each addition. Continue mixing until all the Nutella has been added and is thoroughly combined with the eggs. Pour into a greased 8×8 baking pan. Use a spatula to scrape the bowl clean. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
