Jeremiah George signs contract with New York Jets

Linebacker Jeremiah George runs back a recover after a would-be fumble from Texas. The fumble was later ruled out by the officials.

Jeremiah George just became a multi-millionaire.

The former ISU linebacker was drafted May 10 by the New York Jets in the fifth round of the 2014 NFL draft. 

According to ESPN.com, George inked a four-year contract on May 15 worth $2.4 million that included a signing bonus of $192,000. 

George is projected as a special teams player and a back-up inside-linebacker for the Jets.
