Due to scheduling conflicts, Twenty One Pilots will no longer be performing Live @ Veishea on April 12.

Sky Ferreira will be replacing Twenty One Pilots in the line up. 

“We found out this week essentially,” said George Micalone Director of Student Activities. “The thing with Sky Ferreira is that she’s playing the University of Iowa sunday after Veishea.”

Students expressed a dissatisfaction with the bands replacement, similar to the surprising switch from Ludacris to T.I., but Micalone expressed the difficulty of having replacements at such a short notice.

“We weren’t looking to replace Twenty One Pilots,” Micalone said. “We were just looking for the best option in the best circumstances that we had.”
