What sets your business apart?

“Our personal experience. Main Street location and community involvement help us develop relationships to help customers find the best bike for their needs and budget. Our goal is a shop to help provide a great cycling experience no matter who the rider might be.”

How does it feel to be voted the best?

“It is a great to be honored by the ISU students. We frequently work with student organizations, supplying materials and cycling expertise to a variety of projects and have enjoyed the benefit of working with many talented students in a variety of fields.”

How many years have you been in business?

“Our store has been open since 2001 with our cumulative cycling experience over a hundred years in recreation, competition, and technical application.”

What is your favorite ISU tradition?

“Sunshine during VEISHEA and “the Cyclone 500” central campus bike race.”

What would you like to say to the students?

“Your time spent at Iowa State is relationship and community as well as education. Developing relationships with professors and fellow students will provide a more substantial education than the course guides will mention and offer learning enhancement developed from your years at ISU.”

A piece of advice you’d like to give?

“Sometime a good education will come from inconvenience and challenge. Make these tools to use in your life instead of roadblocks. Appreciate that your achievements are an accumulation of the past.”
