The SoyFoods Council is holding an event from 6-7pm, February 19 (tonight) in 1210 LeBaron Auditorium on Iowa State University’s campus.  

The focus of the event is showcasing soy foods, the versatility and benefits of adding them into your diet. You will have the opportunity to hear from experts on cooking and health in regards to soy foods.

You will also have the opportunity to sample foods prepared by Hy-Vee chef David Jensen as well as two SoyFoods Council Interns, Celia Bravard and Lauren Grant. The event will be offering other soy food products that can be found in supermarkets. 

Throughout the event the council will be drawing the names of two lucky audience members, each for a $100 gift card to Hy-Vee.
