Iowa State University hosted the 12th annual Iowa FIRST Lego League Championship on Jan. 18 in Howe Hall. FIRST Lego League is an organization that works to excite students about engineering and science. At the championship, students competed in three categories: a robotics challenge, a research presentation and how well they demonstrated the organization’s core values.
