Benjamin Kinseth, 23, 1440 Summit Ave, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Lincoln Way and Marshall Ave. (reported at 1:42 a.m.).

An individual reported a suspicious item outside of the building at the Hub. The State Fire Marshal’s Office was summoned to the scene, examined the device and removed it from the area. It was later determined the item was a prop used by a student organization (reported at 8:10 a.m.).

An individual reported the theft of cash and personal items from a room at Martin Hall (reported at 3:18 p.m.).
