Recipe: Peanut butter Oreo s’mores

To keep both Cyclones and Hawks fans happy at your tailgate, this dessert is both delicious and simple to prepare. Combining three classics, Oreos, peanut butter and s’mores, these bars will satisfy any sweet tooth. Prepare the night before and slice into small bite-sized pieces. Disclaimer: these bars are extremely rich:
24 Oreos, crushed
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup peanut butter, warmed
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line an 8-inch square pan with foil or baking paper. Spray with oil. Combine the crushed with the melted butter and milk. Scatter the mixture evenly into the lined pan and press down. Bake for six minutes.
Once baked, immediately spread the warmed peanut butter over the Oreo base. Evenly scatter the chocolate chips over the peanut butter. Cover with marshmallows. Place under a broiler for 30 seconds to toast. Remove from oven and scatter the peanut butter chips on top.
