It’s hard to have fun at the game if you are stuck outside the gates.

Securing tickets is a must if you plan on getting into the game, but sometimes, getting tickets can be a hassle. If you do not already have season tickets, you are not out of luck.

If you can’t make it to the ticket office, you can still purchase tickets online via TicketExchange at Cyclones.com. You will need your e-mail handy in order to receive tickets.

After you have selected your desired ticket(s), you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once you have opened the e-mail, download the file and print off your tickets.

If you have a ticket and no longer want to attend the game, TicketExchange also allows you to anonymously sell your tickets to other fans. As with purchasing tickets, you will need your e-mail address on hand.

Once you have reached your ticketing account, select the desired event for which you would like to sell your tickets. After you have sold your tickets, you can post your information so potential buyers can see that your tickets are up for sale.

The money you receive from the buyer is immediately put back into your account as a deposit for next season’s tickets. Your original ticket will be voided and a new one will be presented to the recipient.

The Iowa State Ticket Office is located on the west side of the Jacobson Athletic Building. Based on availability, season or single game tickets can be purchased at the ticket office Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
