Jesse Moellers, 20, 150 Campus Ave., Apt 1, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at the 400 block of Stanton Avenue (reported at 10:46 p.m.).

Curtis Timmerman, 20, 2706 Kent Ave., Apt 105, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and underage possession of alcohol at Mortensen Parkway and University Boulevard (reported at 11 p.m.).
