Officers assisted a 19-year-old male who had consumed too much alcohol at Linden Hall (reported at 1:09 a.m.).

Jay Johnson, 20, 805 Beach Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication (third offense) and unlawful use of a license at Hunt Street and Welch Avenue (reported at 1:29).
