Dylan Reinke, 19, 4273 Welch Hall, was arrested on a warrant held by the Story County Sheriff’s Office at Welch Hall. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, reference an investigation that was initiated by ISU Police on Jan. 26 (reported at 6:41 p.m.).
