Just days after landing four-star offensive lineman Jake Campos, the ISU football team received a verbal commitment from four-star receiver Allen Lazard on Monday night via Twitter.

Lazard, a 6-foot-4, 190-pound junior at Urbandale High School in Urbandale, Iowa, received offers from Iowa and Nebraska while also receiving interest from LSU, Oregon and Ohio State, among others.

As a junior for the J-Hawks, Lazard hauled in 40 catches for 928 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns. He primarily played defensive back as a sophomore, picking off eight passes and making 94 tackles.
