Three ISU volleyball members earn All-America honors

Three members of the ISU volleyball team were named to the AVCA All-America and honorable mention teams on Wednesday.
Libero Kristen Hahn led the way for the Cyclones, who finished the season Friday with a Sweet 16 loss to Stanford, garnering second team honors. Setter Alison Landwehr earned a place on the third team and outside hitter Victoria Hurtt received an honorable mention.
Landwehr was a the first-team All-American last season with Hahn earning an honorable mention. Hurtt’s honorable mention this season is the first national recognition of her career.
Hahn, a two-time Big 12 Libero of the Year and unanimous first-team All-Big 12 selection, averaged a Big 12 best 5.84 digs per set in league play.
Landwehr was named the 2012 Big 12 Setter of the Year, a first-team All-Big 12 selection and averaged 11.93 assists per set in Big 12 play.
Hurtt, a unanimous first-team All-Big 12 selection, averaged 3.03 kills per set. She was the only ISU player to average more than 3.00 kills per set.
