Political Experience:

Green-Rainbow Party candidate for governor of Massachusetts in 2002, ran for state representative in 2004 for the Lexington District and ran again for governor of Massachusetts in 2010.

Political Views:

Stein runs under the idea of a Green New Deal, which is broken into four parts that include: an economic bill of rights, green transition, real financial reform and a functioning democracy.

She wants to balance the budget by cutting military spending, break up “oversized” banks, eliminate tax giveaways and rewrite the entire tax code.

She supports gay marriage, providing tuition-free education from kindergarten through college and wants to provide affordable healthcare for all Americans.
