As as a Greenlee School and greek community alumna, I am extremely disappointed in the Daily for even considering writing the article “Several ISU Sigma Alpha Epsilon members have membership suspended.” 

I understand that the Daily may find this newsworthy, but the struggles and triumphs within each individual chapter of the ISU greek community are private matters that only the chapter members need to know about.

Articles like this one cause rumors. Rumors contain very little of the truth, therefore cause readers to be misinformed about what has happened.

I believe the Daily needs to apologize to the members of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and refrain from publishing anymore stories regarding this situation and any other situation that may arise within the greek community.
