Terrence Herbstritt, 19, of Oak Park, Il, and Zachary Edsey, 20, of Park Ridge, Il, were cited for underagepossession of alcohol at Knapp St. and Welch Ave. (reported at 12:16 a.m.).

Cole Gutschenritter, 20, of Creston, was arrested and charged with public intoxication at Lincoln Way and Welch Ave. (reported at 1:25 a.m.).
