Zachary Edwards, 22, 00124 N. Highland Apt. #302, cited for possession of alcohol under age (reported at 10:20 p.m.).
Natasha Gallegos, 24, 01325 Delphi St. of Ellsworth, was arrested for theft in the fourth degree (reported at 4:18 p.m.).
Mitchell Gilliland, 22, 01300 45th St. of Des Moines, was cited with providing alcohol to minors (reported at 8:35 p.m.).

Brock Negrete, 19, 134 Campus Ave. Unit 10, was arrested and charged with interference of official acts and serious misdemeanor assault in the 200 block of Ash Ave. (reported at1:42 a.m.).

Officers assisted a resident who had taken an overdose of several medications at University Village (reported at 7:19 a.m.).
