Chipotle Mexican Grill is also bringing flair to Duff Avenue. Although the application for the building permit has not yet begun, Chipotle is tentatively set to open by the end of the year at 435 S. Duff Ave. Chipotle is known for its “Food with Integrity” mission, which aims to serve organic ingredients and naturally raised meat. In addition to its large burritos, Chipotle serves crispy and soft tacos, salads and burrito bowls.

TJ Maxx is coming to North Grand Mall and will be located in the former Sears building. TJ Maxx prides itself on offering designer clothing without the designer price tag. Accessories and home items are available as well as clothes for the whole family. TJ Maxx is set to be open in the spring of 2013.

Building plans for Kohl’s are getting underway. Kohl’s will be located in a standalone just south of North Grand Mall. Although plans are just beginning, the store is tentatively set to open in 2013. At Kohl’s, you can shop clothes, bedding, kitchen, home, shoes and more.
