Open forums scheduled for candidates in student activities post search

Open forums will begin this week for three candidates vying for the leadership and service coordinator position in the Student Activities Center.
Kevin Merrill of Iowa State’s College of Human Sciences will present his vision at an open forum scheduled for Friday, Aug. 10. Jessica Wilke from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville will participate in a forum Aug. 13, followed by Dauline Menze of the University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg on Aug. 14.
All forums will take place from 2 to 3 p.m. in the Maintenance Shop.
According to the Inside Iowa State Announcement page, the leadership and service coordinator position “coordinates leadership development conferences, community service events and the alternative breaks program, and serves as an adviser to Dance Marathon, Freshmen Council and other service-focused student groups.”
