Officers were asked to conduct a welfare check on an individual at Frederiksen Court. Upon keying into a locked apartment, they discovered the body of a deceased female. The investigation is continuing (reported at 12:49 p.m.).

A vehicle that left the scene collided with a parked motorcycle at Osborn Drive (reported at 6:33 p.m.).
