Curtis Guzman, 21, 4820 Mortensen Road, Apt. 201, was arrested and charged with public intoxication at Hyland Avenue and Lincoln Way (reported at 1:35 p.m.).

Kinsey Frederick, 19, 1423 Wilson Hall, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and underage possession of alcohol at Mortensen Parkway and Welch Road. Ali Huseen, 18, 1452 Wilson Hall, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia (reported at 3:28 a.m.).

An individual asked officers to check the welfare of a student at the Design College (reported at 10:14 a.m.).
