Around 1:24 a.m. Thursday, May 24, Wallace Franklin, 25, of 702 Ash Ave. was arrested for willful injury, said Jim Robinson of the Ames Police Department.

Franklin was arrested at 124 ½ Welch Ave. and has been taken into custody at the Story County Jail.
