Kathryn Stonehouse, 23, of Naperville, Ill., and Conor Evans, 23, of Naperville, Ill., were arrested and charged with public intoxication on the 200 block of Welch Avenue (reported at 1:28 a.m.).

Rachel Boylan, 19, 3914 South Duff Avenue, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and underage possession of alcohol on South 16th Street and Apple Place (reported at 2:18 a.m.).

Julie Hartung, 22, 217 Campus Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication at Bissell Road and Union Drive (reported at 3:03 a.m.).

Officers stood by while an individual removed his property from an acquaintance’s apartment at Schilletter Village (reported at 5:57 p.m.)

Xianotian Xing, 23, 632 Squaw Creek Drive, Apt. 2, was cited for driving under suspension at South 16th Street and University Boulevard (reported at 8:36 p.m.).
