Tyler Borchardt, 20, 7328 Frederiksen Court, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Knapp Street and Welch Avenue (reported at 12:58 a.m.).
Valentin Torres, 20, of Osceola, Iowa, was cited for underage possession of alcohol on the 2400 block of Lincoln Way (reported at 1:40 a.m.).
Malachi Woods, 22, of Roland, Iowa, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct (reported at 1:50 a.m.).
Javontea Bolden, 21, of Des Moines, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, assault (simple) and assault (serious) (reported at 1:54 a.m.).
